From my initial meeting with Barry, I knew that he was the right person to entrust to sell my home. Barry presented with a calm confidence and exceptional industry knowledge, especially concerning the local area. Barry is respectful, open & honest as well as being an excellent communicator, attributes that I believe are extremely important when you are selling people’s homes. Vendors need to be able to rely on such a person when entering into the property market, which is constantly changing. Barry’s insight into what areas of my home needed to be addressed prior to entering the market and, just as importantly, what did not require change, to achieve the best financial outcome possible. Barry displayed extreme calmness and professionalism when the timelines we had established needed to be changed, not just once but three times in less than a week. My home was sold prior to listing, the official launching and the proposed auction. Kudos and thanks to you Barry for what you achieved on my behalf.

He really knows the local area inside out. When it came to signing the contract, he walked me through every detail and made everything so easy to understand. I was actually out of the country when we hit the market, but he kept me in the loop the whole time, so I never felt out of touch.

Andrew is the first agent I can honestly say is worthy of 5*. He worked overtime to get a sale across the line with a stubborn seller and incompetent sellers solicitor. The extra work involved made at least 5 times the normal workload for a sale yet there was never a word of complaint. From both a seller and buyers perspective he went the extra mile and after dozens of real estate purchases I know many agents wouldn’t have done what he did. He runs a very tight ship at Harcourts Exclusive and would be an asset for sellers or buyers to have him on your side.

I have known Andrew for around 20 years, so I had no hesitation in using him to sell my mother’s house. He handled the sale very professionally from start to finish and was always honest and transparent throughout the process. He kept me updated every step of the way, regularly calling to let me know what was happening, what offers were being made, and where things stood with potential buyers. The house sold within a few weeks of going on the market, and although the final price was not exactly everything I had hoped for, it was still a very favourable result and I was content.
