We reside overseas and although the agency fees were the highest, we appointed R&W on the basis they would be best placed to appraise the market. This proved not the case as on arrival we checked recent apartment sales & requested our selling price be raised, twice. Our listing took just over a week to sell and we received 30% more than the listing price recommended to us. Finally, we were asked to pay the full marketing fee....the only marketing we were aware of was a listing on realestate.com.au

Mark Lawler is the Best Agent! We have sold multiple properties in different states. Mark Lawler and his Team is by far the best. They know their area, understand buyer mentality, price and constantly keeps the seller updated. Mark focus on the property’s positive qualities instead of negative. Mark quoted high sell price and still delivered a final sell price above. I interviewed 3 agents, the two other agents came across as unprofessional and rushed.
