We have been extremely happy with Mark and his team over the years which included Mark first taking over the managing agent role by representing us at court to remove a tenant, sound common sense advice when requested, employing quality property managing agents who have been good to deal with and finally when the time came to sell achieving a nice sale price at auction. Some months ago we surveyed the local Coolum real estate agents and reached the decision to run with Mark and his team at Richardson and Wrench for the sale of property at Yaroomba. This was proved to be a wise option. Two successful auctions in late August achieved desirable outcomes and after 6-8 weeks of constant communication with Mark we feel a friend has been lost. Always a pleasure to deal with and prompt with communication, we are missing his cheery input. Many aspects are involved in achieving successful real estate sales and the following were evident in our dealings with Mark: - A team effort. Mark would be the first to acknowledge the support supplied by the R & W team, particularly Kate, who handled the sizeable task of advertising approvals and requirements. - Prompt care and attention and communication on arising issues, including on the odd occasion, out of hours calls. - Dealing with tenants during many inspections and ensuring all parties were happy . - Pre-offers were promptly and courteously dealt with. - A great effort was extended to ensure the best photos were obtained which provided excellent advertising material. - Several outstanding front page photos and editorial arranged by R & W, helped ensure a large attendance on auction day. - On the auction day itself, all details were covered, from an experienced auctioneer to a coffee van for thirsty prospective buyers. In summary, Mark and his team were professional, a pleasure to deal with and achieved an excellent result, and we wish them a successful future and would strongly recommend them.
