It was a absolute pleasure to deal with such a honest agent. I would definitely recommend Mark to my friends and family. When the sellers swapped the original Kleenmaid dishwasher The week before settlement I was wise to order a pre settlement inspection the seller had removed the original dishwasher claiming it was leaking?? WITH A second hand no name dishwasher, I was not impressed. And was ready to walk away from the sale! Oh the sellers made out they were doing us a favour, but on a neally million dollar sale chrome shedding off the replacement second hand no name dishwasher was not exceptable. And they eVen removed the TV brackets from the wall, Mark came to the rescue with a cheque for me to replace the old dishwasher with a brand new one. And calmed me down. Very kind of him to do so, even thow it should of come from the seller. He went above and beyond to please us!!! Thank you again Mark for exceptional service!
