This a deceased estate sale held up by Probate. The market is peaking and David advised us how to move quickly. Within a week he had photos, video and drone shots up online. David arranged two open for inspections straight away on consecutive Saturdays. The following Saturday we went to auction with a reserve of $1.6 million and with David as auctioneer we achieved a sale at $2 million - $400K over the reserve.
