As I was selling from abroad it was a bit daunting not being there to manage this process real time but David made the process seamless from introducing me to a local conveyancer to marketing and ultimately final negotiations with the interested buyer. We achieved my target price after one week on the market which was a great result. As i've had the property managed by the same agent for 10yrs I know David has been working there for at least this amount of time and has exceptional local market knowledge. Would highly recommend to anyone selling in this area.

I highly recommend calling Colin if you want your house sold. He is extremely hard working and an absolute pleasure to deal with. If i was to sell another house, Colin would be "THE AGENT" I would call. I can tell you that if i knew that anyone is selling their house, I would tell them to call Colin.
