David had our confidence from the moment we first met with him. His knowledge and professionalism made the sale of our investment property easy sailing. David negotiated and achieved and incredible price for our property and it sold on the first open house we had. Thankyou David for your efficient management and high level of professional service. I have and will recommend David from Richardson & Wrench Rooty Hill for future service when selling and buying your home. Regards Lisa & David Davis

David stuck out as a great agent from some years back and I had no difficulty in choosing him to sell my property. Because I was not a local we 'met' by phone but that just made it more efficient. He has great ideas for sales strategy and knows his area extremely well yet is a good listener. Thanks to Dave we sold in record time for a fantastic price. Forever grateful.

David has been a pleasure to deal with. It was clear from the outset that he would act in my best interest, this is specially important in a ever changing and tricky current market in Sydney. I would highly recommend him. I would also highly recommend R&W for property management too.

When I met Roy, I had been looking for a property for 12 weeks and after meeting 27 agents at 27 different properties I settled on buying a property from Roy. He projects a genuine desire to help and an old-world service ethic that is fast disappearing. He did not over-sell the opportunity as some agents do. I remember asking him if the house I was considering may be rezoned to an R4 being impressed by his realistic answer. Unlike other agents who just told me what I wanted to hear, Roy told it as it was and this built instant trust with me and my wife. When we bought the property we did so with confidence. Roy also grew up in the area he services so he is a local area expert.
