I have had bad experiences with real estate agents in the past however, David was an absolute breathe of fresh air! From the first moment of interaction, David was punctual with his responses and maintained excellent communication between both me and organising inspections of the property with tennants. This being my first home purchase, David was extremely helpful in guiding me with what do whilst still valuing my input.
