GREAT AGENCY
The Team at Right Choice did a great job in sorting out the change of tenancy at our property in Shell Cove. They arranged all the outgoing requirements such as cleaning and bond management. In addition they promptly arranged for advertising and letting of a new tenant within days of the prior tenant departure. They negotiated a new lease on our behalf at increased rent. We are very satisfied with RCE and would recommend them to any prospective landlord.

Totally professional
Right Choice was recommended to us by a friend & we have not regretted our decision to go with them for our rental. From the start Wendy & the Team have explained the processes we needed to go through in relation to our first-ever rental property, & in doing so, everything is going smoothly - touch wood. The Team are very, very approachable & always pleasant to talk to, either in person or over the phone. We are kept informed at all times of any problems with the Unit itself, or possible renters, & we could not ask for much more clarity than what we have been given.

I would highly recommend Right Choice R/E Albion Park to manage your property. I have been dealing with them for over 9 years & have only left as our house is no longer rented. Always on top of inspections & any maintenance issues that may arise. Efficient & easy to communicate with. I could not have asked for better

I am very happy working with Right Choice specially having Linda as a property manager
I am very lucky because Linda is managing my properties. She is very professional and supportive. Also, every time I call or send email to her, straight away she will get back to me and responding. I thank you for all her efforts in managing my properties.
