Rental property
So far I have had a very positive experience with the team. Communication has been great. The condition report was very well done and easy to follow. I had a lot of issues with my previous realestate in relation to communication and repairs so I have had a lot of anxiety removed so far and feel the process will be a lot smoother

Trustworthy and thorough agency
We have rented our villa through Right Choice for years and have found Linda and her team to be trustworthy. They are always on the ball with legislation and market rates. I can recommend them.

Regarding rental property knowledge
Hi agent's attitude and behaviour is nice but there are few things which agents need to notify at the time of inspection like the main door lock is not working and few other points so agents need to describe these things on inspection on owner's behalf....

From the beginning it’s been amazing
From submitting a request to view the property I was contacted and when a viewing time came available I was emailed and texted, the application process was easy and very fast and Right Choice were so helpful through the whole process.

Hardworking and efficient
Our previous tenants broke their lease and Linda and her team worked efficiently to help us find a new tenant. They were highly professional and ensured that we were looked after in the process. We can’t thank them enough!

Excellent
As a first time renter the staff were very helpful and patient, guiding us through the process. Thankfully we were successful and the rest of the process went smoothly. They have kept us informed of some property repairs and follow ups.
