Deciding to sell my house and buy a house in an area I’m still learning my way around and being on my own here was a HUGE decision. Finding the right house to make my home took some time. When I finally did find a house I liked, I knew how I was going to be treated by the agent was going to make or break the sale. My brother tagged along to have a look and start the negotiations. From there it was myself, Mark and the owners. Negotiations were as smooth as negotiations are and Mark was professional. He not only listened to what the vendor wanted but also to what I wanted and we met in the middle. I have bought and sold houses in Sydney and The Highlands so have had my fare share of dealings with real estate agents. Mark answered every email, call and/or text in a timely and professional manner.
