We found our current rental advertisement online the same day it went live. After inspecting the property, we received confirmation two days later from Matthew to let us know that we’d been approved. The process was super quick and no stress :) Now, three-quarters of the way through our lease, the team has been awesome to deal with. They’re quick to respond, easy to talk to, and really seem to care about keeping things running smoothly for both us and the property owner. Big thanks to Matthew, Tara and Mel at Robert James.
