Ben was great right from the get go. We are first home buyers and recently had a change in our circumstances which meant we had very quickly gone from not considering buying a property for a very long time, to being in a position to get in before prices went up again so we had a steep learning curve. Ben was very accommodating and communicable, especially with our barrage of questions. We asked a few questions early on that he didnt have the answers for but got the information and was able to answer/show us on our next inspection of the property. The whole process with Robinson Property has been surprisingly smooth.
