Finally!! The Newcastle market is very competitive and we had been looking every weekend for a few months. When we looked at the house in Lindsay Street we knew we had found the one. We put in an offer quickly and Tony acted straight away, he communicated with us throughout the process, he got a good price for his vendor and we were happy with the deal. Tony took into account that we had acted quickly and were serious buyers and made sure that he communicated that to the vendor. We exchanged contracts within a week.
