I met Tony to discuss a property sale over a year back. That sale he did not get purely as I sold privately. But I had listened to him and of the five I had interviewed and the location of this property I felt Tony was the pick my estranged wife agreed. Tony felt that we needed to be out before the January rush as there were winds of change a foot. Neither I nor my ex partner had much enthusiasm for a long sales process and staging Auction etc, etc. Tony suggested he approach his database of clients well many may say they have heard that before DB of clients.
