Mike is an up front kind of guy who'll tell it how it is. He really helped us to secure our first house purchase by offering a private inspection when in all honesty he probably didn't need to in this market, but he'd known us for a couple of months & knew we were very serious buyers who wouldn't mess around with low-ball offers etc. He's quick to respond to questions via email/text and always happy to talk over the phone with any concerns.
