About Tina

Ahoy! After 28 years in the Real Estate Industry to date, Tina Tillinger entered the industry with a property management traineeship and transitioned from this into sales and then became a fully licensed real estate agent, now a business owner in an agency partnership with Steph West. Steph came on board after working as a high school English teacher for 13 years. Steph is extremely good with strategizing and communication and has a strong marketing background. She too is a fully licensed real estate agent. In early 2018, Anchor Realty opened and has been providing exceptional service since. Specialising in rural, residential, lifestyle acreage and coastal properties, Anchor Realty is a multi award winning boutique agency for selling, buying, or renting. The team has grown quickly since 2018, and Tina and Steph now lead a massive support team in sales and property management. With decades of experience and knowledge the team delivers the ultimate real estate experience. Many clients are referral based with some sellers choosing Tina to sell multiple properties over the years. Easy to work with, the process was very streamline, and easy to follow.

I had a good experience with Tina. From start to finish everything was easy and very streamline. They never tried to hide anything within the property that I purchased and were very forthcoming with any defects I needed to be aware of. Overall, a very good experience.

Marketing was excellent

Tina and her team were absolutely fantastic to work along side. Nothing was ever a bother. The marketing was excellent and they even had an in-house team to help stage our house for the sale.
