Tina and Steph dominate housing sales in Gympie - they have the most buyers.

I gave Tina and Steph a challenging sale with a tenant in place. I rushed the sale onto the market to make sure I sold when I read in march that the Federal Governments was going to reduce the CGT discount on investment properties sales. The poor tenant also had to relocate with limited notice and as you can imagine the place was not looking its best as he was packing up and getting ready to move. Then add to this the Iran/petrol crisis at the beginning of the campaign and more predicted interest rate rises which came true today! Long storey short Tina's previous substantial experience in property management was really beneficial in helping the tenant relocate and finding solutions to any problems that occurred. Tina and Steph achieved a price higher than I was hoping for given the tenant in place in the process of moving out and short time frame for the sale. I highly recommend anybody looking to sell to contact them and ask any questions they have like my situation that are worrying you, they are great at problem solving. Thanks again Tina and Steph, great job much appreciated.
