Soooo organised
We had been looking for a new home in the Mission Beach area for about 8 months. We had had viewings with a number of agents who varied from very good to hardly interested. No doubt most buyers would be aware that it easier to pass on a property than to commit, and any lack of information (e.g. floor plans / zoning) will usually yield a negative response. It is after all a big decision. We viewed one property with Lyn and put in a sensible offer within a day. A large contributing factor (apart from the right property at the right price) was that Lyn had all the right information at her fingertips even down to having a floor plan that she (volountarily) copied onto A5. She knew the builder, the type of construction, the easements, rates and so forth leaving us (the buyer) no second thoughts. Quite simply she had "all her ducks in a row". She even came back with a response to our offer (and a side negotiation of a pool table) with a couple of hours. This was at a time when we were reasonably determined to buy from another agent because they had been very good but simply hadn't come up with the right home at the right time. All in all Lyn 10/10. A totally professional real estate agent
When we decided to retire to Mission Beach we contacted a number of agents in the area to ask questions about properties. Lyn Anderson stood out as the agent who anwered promptly with the information we were seeking. She stood out from the rest so we decided to ask her to show us various properties that we found on the internet. Lyn arranged to show us around approximately 12 properties over a three day period. The properties she chose were all in our price range but some were listed with other agents. Lyn arranged for us to view these properties with her. We moved into our new home 32 days after arriving in Mission Beach. We found Lyn to be so helpful whether it be recommending local tradesman or offering to take us places because we did not have a car. Lyn has a depth of knowledge of the Mission Beach market because she has lived in the area over 20 years. Perfect Agent for our situation
Whilst not in a hurry to sell we found the both Lyn and Grahame were more than ready willing and able to help us along the way. From perfect communications to voicing their own views on the then current climate in regards to sales in Mission Beach. They were more than happy to assist in matters be it administration or seeking our potential buyers nothing was too much for them at any stage. Very good agent work very hard.

Fantastic Follow-Up
Lyn was an absolute marvel in making the sale of our unit happen despite many obstacles being put in the way. Always positive with a 'can do' attitude, we felt confident that the sale would eventually go through even though there were quite a few hurdles presented. Communication at all times, and being kept in the loop, were flawless and you could not wish for anyone better to look after your real estate interests.
