Gary is absolutely the best real estate agent we know. He was a easy to deal with & made us feel comfortable at all times, it was easy to communicate with him and he was always accommodating of our requests. It can be quite emotional and personal selling your family home and there are many agents that can make you feel like its just another sale to them; but not Gary. He had the utmost respect for our wishes and it really just felt like he was in our corner the whole time. If I was ever to sell or buy again he will be the first person I contact and I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to my own family & friends. Gary is the man, he's one of a kind and the very best agent I have had the pleasure to work (I've worked with many!). He's professional, honest, genuine and he is a gentleman. Gary has been with me every step of the way - from purchasing my home pre-auction, leasing it to different tenants and selling it recently. I actually approached Gary about selling my property earlier in the year and he advised me that it wasn't a good time to list due to the shockwave of COVID-19. How many agents, if any, would ever provide that genuine advice to a seller? On the other hand, I know there are many 'sharks' out there that would over-promise and under-deliver.
