Hi, We are very happy to have the opportunity to reveiw Gary Attard. The need arose for us to have to sell our 97 year old Grandfathers much loved home of 65 years. It was a very upsetting situation that we had been dereading for many years. From our first meeting it was clear to us that Gary was a very approachable, honest, warm, understanding and easy to talk to real estate. From the onset he listened to our story and guilded us in a very warm and caring way. This made the whole process a lot easier than we had expected. Gary explained the process to us and our Grandfather who is now in a retirement village. This eased all the apprehension we had. With all our questions answered the house was put on the market and 4 weeks later it was sold. I met a few agents and I am satisfied that I chose one of the best. Gary was honest from the word go and did not give us false hope regarding sale price as other agents did. He always based his analysis of the market on evidence which he shared with us. Gary is an excellent communicator as he adapts depending on the strength of English of the person he is speaking to. This was much appreciated by my parents who usually struggle. He was available for a phone call any time, any day and responds to texts in a timely manner. He kept us updated with news and managed to ease our stress. He also altered the online advertisements according to our preferences.
