We used Gary and Team to sell our Mum's home as she was moving into Aged Care. It was so important to have the process move as quickly as possible to maximise the best result for Mum. Gary conducted a marketing campaign within 1 week of us providing instructions which resulted in a lot of interest. A deposit was taken within a few days of the first open home, and after the required cooling off period, the property settled within 5 weeks. The property sold for well over the expected price.
