I have bought and sold few homes over the years and used couple different agents in that time. Michael though is a cut above the rest, I can honestly say he would have to be one of Geelong best agents. The process was uncomplicated from start all the way to contracts and Michael keep us in the loop regularly for peace of mind. Easy to tell he has an excellent work ethic by the hours he works and his professional insight into the current market was helpful in making decisions regarding some buyers offers. If you are considering selling or buying a house.. would highly recommend him, you wont regret it.

Michael did a fantastic job! He sold our house within 1 week of being on the market, for well over what we expected to sell for. We felt he went above and beyond for us and nothing was ever too much to ask. The communication was profound, he explained the process so clearly and updated us regularly. After having a number of agents visit my home I knew Michael was the one for us. His knowledge of the local Bannockburn market and previous sales history are outstanding. He set realistic goals for the sale price of our house and how to achieve it. His professionalism is outstanding and I couldn’t have found a better agent to sell our home!
