This was Brett's first experience at a Sale and we where happy to give him the opportunity to sell our land. We had a little trouble with finance from purchaser and organising settlement which is no fault of Brett's but both learnt to make sure next time that all clients are organised with finance and a reputable conveyancer. Otherwise Brett did a good job at his first official sale and always kept us up to date with what was happening, even if he had no new information
