Michael has been very helpful and kept us informed at all times of all details and goings on that we need to be aware of. Michael made himself available 24/7 which was very kind, but I feel not necessary. He should have some down time for himself and his family. (even though I messaged him out of hours) Sorry. I would happily recommend Michael to my friends if they are in the need for an agent.

Michael's professionalism and kindness is that of something to be recognised. I was updated by Michael every step of the way and I could not ask for a better experience as a first time vendor. Michael made me feel as though I matter, that my nerves and anxiousness was a completely normal reaction to such a big decision being made. Our experience was personal, so much so that our 2 year old daughter was excited to see him too! Not only are his personality and professionalism a stand out, but the efficiency our sale exceeded our expectations, selling in 6 days, and for more than we could ever expect. I cannot recommend Michael more highly, he surely doesn't fit the sales agent stereotype!
