He had undertaken the research prior to meeting me and knew the market extremely well. He listened intently to what outcomes we were looking for and strived to work with us to meet them. His approach utilised a strong online campaign and was upfront about what did work and didn't work in our segment. He also set realistic timelines and expectation with me. He was in regular communication throughout the sale process with regular calls and shared with me client feedback and insights where we could fine-tune the process. Once a suitable buyer was found, he moved quickly to ensure the sale. It was closed out in a matter of hours and he negotiated on our behalf, resulting in a sale price that matched our desired outcome. It's been an enjoyable and stress-free engagement and I would work without hesitation with Michael again.
