Both Brett and Michael showed concientious and hard-working behaviour in finding the house in the area we chose and conforming very closely to the wish-list we gave them - you never get EXACTLY what you want - but these two came very close, indeed and what few features they could not deliver, there is wiggle-room for us to install them later. Friendly (even charming) personalities made them very easy to interact with. A great experience.
