Craig made the very difficult task of selling the family home after my father's death and my mother's move to a nursing home as pain free as it possibly could have been. Added to this was the problem of me not living in the area. I felt very comfortable that I was kept in the loop for the important matters, either by phone or email and not unnecessarily bothered with minor issues. Craig and his Team have been fantastic with the sale of our property. Craig is very down to earth, easy to speak to and is honest in his actions. He has an excellent knowledge of the market. He presented us with an initial assessment of property values/sales in the area and was pretty much spot on with our advertising price. Within 4-5 weeks on the market we had 3 offers and two definite buyers competing for the property. Throughout the entire period the property was on the market Craig and his Team kept us fully informed as to how the property was being marketed and received. We were personally contacted after each and every inspection with outcomes and were updated weekly with a formal "Marketing Report" detaining: Days on the Market; Data Matching of Buyers; the number of Internet Inspections; Inquiries about the property; the number of inspections undertaken; the number of Advertisements in the local press, etc. The communication with Craig and his Team was first class.
