Great experience and delightful to work with
Anne was extremely helpful with my property purchase and a pleasure to work with. She was available whenever I had any questions and was knowledgeable about the market and the build process. Even though I was interstate, she was able to keep me updated on the build progress and proactively reached out to make sure I knew what was happening. Her communication throughout the process was outstanding and she made the whole process much less daunting. I would highly recommend Anne if you require an agent. The whole process from purchasing a land to helping find a tenant was very well managed.

Kind Compassionate and integrity
I was given months to live and was in a spin. I used an app to find an agent. It was chaos phone calls that just didnt stop. Emails after emails and then text messages. I told all of them to back off we are trying to deal with me dying here. Then i was introduced to Annie. She listened to me and actually listened to me the client. If i said no she would not. If i said yes she would. Anyways after me comming to reality i had to sell and sell quick. So after 45 hours on the market we had a singed contract at the value over the nomnated sell price. Annie helped me on a personal level, my wife was working and i was being peppered by Chemo. Annie would drop me in food offer to run me to hospital appointments and keep an eye on me. She helped My wife and i in every ascpect and without that i wouldnt be bothered writing reviews , nor would i be saying, Thank you annie for fighting for us.

Professional with a woman's touch
Annie is now a treasured friend as we have bonded through our conversations about life, showing great empathy for me as I needed a lot of guidance because I was so overwhelmed and worried. She is professional and kind. Annie fought very hard to get me the best price, going so far as to contact tradesmen for me when I was confused on what do do next. Very good! Totally recommend her! Down to earth
Annie is friendly, approachable and down to earth. She does not fit the slick artificial pretentious real estate agent stereotype. She is a hard worker and very prompt in responding to all queries and requests, at any time of the day. Annie drives a hard bargain on behalf of the seller and her negotiation style was able to achieve a high price in our instance.

Firstly, I would like to say if you are looking for an agent to go beyond your expectations, then Annie is the one! Not only is it done with kindness and expertise, but she has a way about her to make you feel quietly confident that you are in the best hands. I feel privileged to have met Annie and not only allow her the opportunity to sell my most prized possession, but also going on this journey with her in such a difficult period with the Covid happening in our lives and then coming through this with a higher than expected outcome. I would confidently say to the most astute seller out there, if there was ever an agent to exceed your wishes and expectations, then Annie is the one!
