James knew the details of my step mothers' estate and helped find a buyer for her house that had been on the market for months. He gave feedback to prices for similar houses allowing me to decide to reduce the price to meet the market and sell within weeks of her death. He was able to provide the details of how to proceed with the sale of her house while waiting for probate to be granted. He knew the solicitors handling the estate and was able to liaise with them on my behalf as I lived in a different city. He was sensitive to my requests and kept up to date with details via phone and email. I'm so glad my step mother had signed a sole agency with James to sell her house prior to her death.
