Not your average Real Estate Agent!
From the moment I began dealings with Tom I knew he wasn't your average real estate agent. He kept me up to date daily (I could almost guarantee a phone call from Tom every day!), with what was happening with the sale of my property, including feedback from potential buyers, discussing each phase of the negotiations and always being honest and upfront with all proceedings. He worked tirelessly to sell my property - which presented its own set of challenges - although this only made Tom work harder to find the right buyer, which he did! And at a great price too. So, if you are looking for a real estate agent in the local area to sell your property with, I highly recommend Tom, Paul and the team at Antony and Edwards. Professional and helpful.
Tom has been great throughout our whole process. He has been professional and timely with all our requests. Tom has been patient and understanding with us when the exchange of contracts process had to be delayed, due to different circumstances. Would definitely recommend working with Tom.

Likeable and trustworthy

Top Quality Agent
Meet Paul while inspecting another property. I wasnt in a position to secure it when Paul rang me. But he was more than helpful to find me another property to suit my needs. That same day he rang he had another one come up. He showed me through twice and i had no hesitation to put an offer forward. A phone call later that afternoon gave me conformation the offer was accepted. Paul has been great from day one to all the way throughout the buying process. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend using Paul to either buy or sell you property.

Tom is a great bloke and professional to boot
I met Tom when I was looking for a property to buy. His first questions were 'what are you looking for?' 'What are your needs?'. Tom was the last of 5 real estate agents that I had met in Goulburn but he was the first to ask those questions. He was extremely professional in all of his dealings and was very ably assisted by his team when he was unavailable to help. The whole agency is a stand out and I would highly recommend the whole team to family and friends.
