Tom is wonderful
Selling your family home (during COVID) can be a stressful event, Tom remained confident that we would find the right buyer in this crazy period. He was correct and he did find the right buyer! Tom was consistent, but not pushy with his follow up, he kept us informed during the whole process. We would recommend Tom to anyone looking to buy or sell in Goulburn

Tom is really easy to talk with, he understands the importance of listening to your requirments.
We were selling one property and buying another one. The process was made very easy due to the input and support from Tom. He was easy to talk to and he listened to your wishes and ideas. We would recommend him to our family and friends. The office staff were also very helpful and answered questions or worries that we might of had.

Wonderful experience
From the beginning Tom was very friendly, approachable, easy going and professional. Communication was excellent and Tom always got back to us in a timely manner. He answered all of our questions and was very patient. We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent to deal with. Perfect experience
Tom was a pleasure to deal with. This is our first time purchasing a house and it could not have gone any smoother. Tom understood what we were after and helped us find a property that met our needs. Due to my work hours, Tom was very flexible with accommodating times that I could go through the property on more than one occasion. If and when I look at buying another house, Tom will be the first person I contact.

Cheerful , patient, practical, professional
Throughout the sale process which was prolonged because of factors neither Tom nor we could control, we found Tom ( and Paul) to be knowledgeable, professional, encouraging and practical. I looked forward to our debriefing sessions. I am sure each client is treated ,as an individual and with respect, as we each were. Honesty between vendor and agent was a feature of our relationship and made the hard decisions ,necessary at times for us ,easier. At the serious end negotiation stage we were happy to have Tom as our agent because he quietly worked hard to get our list price- a happy outcome for all.

Great positive selling experience.
We found Tom and all of the team to be kind caring and professional. He is always an effective communicator and always gets back to you and is a great advocate on our behalf. Being a family man himself he was also very understanding of our needs and worked inspections around us in an effective manner which we really appreciated.
