Stefanie regularly kept us appraised in the re-letting process. The property had to be re-let because the prior tenants found the rent too high. Prior to them leaving Stefanie recommended we increase the rent. We elected not to do so. The tenants left, and due to little interest from future tenants we had to reduce the rent to attract interest. I think Image should reflect on this.

Image property were absolutely amazing in transitioning my family and I through the process of moving us into our new rental. Our rental manager, Amanda Ondastal, was so professionally efficient and thorough and was a wealth of knowledge which made the process of our move into the property, a very smooth, easy and was actually an enjoyable experience without all the stress! We have just had Natasha at Image Property Sunshine Coast do the leasing of our rental property at Alex Headland, It was a nice smooth experience. Natasha let us know up front that the rental market had slowed somewhat from the year before, which was spot on. The advertising was on point, with Natasha calling after each open house with feedback from the inspections, and progress information on the applications received.
