Our rental manager, Amanda Ondastal, was so professionally efficient and thorough and was a wealth of knowledge which made the process of our move into the property, a very smooth, easy and was actually an enjoyable experience without all the stress! And what had really stood out to me, was 'how' they treated me. They were personal but yet polite, professional yet not clinical and made me feel like I was one of the family. I highly recommend the managers and their host team on the Sunshine Coast 💯

I can simply say that Stefanie Gibson is the best property manager we have ever had! We have had many over the years but she stands out! She works hard and diligently for her owners, but balanced with consideration for the tenants issues. She communicates pro-actively, has a terrific attention to detail and does not give up when difficult issues need sorting or a difficult conversation is required. In our experience, good property managers are hard to find…Stefanie is one! Delightful to deal with, we would recommend Stefanie to anyone.

We have just had Natasha at Image Property Sunshine Coast do the leasing of our rental property at Alex Headland, It was a nice smooth experience. Natasha let us know up front that the rental market had slowed somewhat from the year before, which was spot on. The advertising was on point, with Natasha calling after each open house with feedback from the inspections, and progress information on the applications received. I really like the fact that we received personal phone calls rather than emails or text messages, so we could have a real chat, and pass ideas back and forth, and from this, it was very clear that Natasha was working hard to get us the best outcome on our property.
