Not one reason, but lots. They organised my roof to be fixed, the amount was paid in full, contractor ran away. Took 18 months to get that fixed. Couldn’t get a tenant quick, came and asked me to reduce the rent by $20 to get a tenent in. Not switch on type of property manager.
