Ryan is the best real estate agent I have come across during the last 30yrs off my buying and selling properties. Less talk and more action is from him and his team. Team Smith obviously understand the industry and more importantly customer service. His advice pre marketing and sale is his strength. I basically didn't do much other than taking advice. He delivered far beyond my expectations. Good honest businessman are hard to find.
