Ryan and the Smith Partners team were great to deal with. All messages, calls and emails were replied to promptly and i always felt like a client and not a number. Would never deal with any other agents in the future other than Smith Partners.

Couldn't be bothered meeting us in person - had to pick up the keys from their office! Couldn't even perform a simple request without being told to do his job. Continued to show property after offer was accepted, and subsequently showed no respect for said property, as damage has occurred (through negligence) since our initial viewing.

Ryan's market knowledge enabled a quick sale within our price range originally agreed upon. His agency is trusted by sellers and buyers alike and facilitated the sale process for us, providing advice along the way to ensure the property was presented to attract buyers. Quality experienced photography services assisted in ensuring the potential buyers could see the features of the property clearly. We have used Ryan for the last 3 properties we sold and his team also look after a rental property we own providing us with a total solution real estate firm who we can rely on.
