Ryan and his team walked us through every step of the way what was a very daunting process of selling our first home in Surrey Downs. Ryan was courteous and professional, however i found him to be quite impersonal. I wouldn't rate him highly compared to other agents' communication, although he was helpful at times and returned phone calls relatively quickly. My impression was after the contract was signed, he did the bare minimum in rectifying issues arising. He came across to me as relatively disinterested compared to my prior experiences.
