Pamela and Michael were wonderful agents, they took into account everything we discussed at our first meeting and exceeded our expectations. Pam and Michael worked tireless on the styling and marketing of our home making sure everything was perfect. We cannot thank them enough for selling our home at above our asking price and being there for us every step of the way. We would have no hesitation in recommending you both to our family and friends as you are caring, conciderate and love your job.

Pamela and Michaels understanding of the current market is excellent, Their understanding of what was required preparing my home for market is second to none. Some advice from previous agents suggested presenting the property as is but Pamela and Michael should me evidence me it would cost me thousands. I'm so pleased I listened, the end result far exceeded other agents promises. Pamela and Michael were with me from the very start up to and after settlement. They get a 110% from me

Initially the reason we picked Ryan Smith at Smith Partners Real Estate over the other Companies we had to appraise our home was his positivity in our home, trust in his team and his knowledge of the market which was growing at that time and unpredictable. It proved to be the best decision, we sold our home for more than what we expected. It is a huge decision to sell your home but it certainly was made easier with Ryan and his friendly and professional team who kept us updated at all times.

Makayla was so easy to talk to on the phone. All my conversations with her were via telephone as we were purchasing from inter-state. She was very knowledgable, explained everything concisely, extremely helpful, honest & genuine. It was an easy process from start to finish.

Pam and Michael were really good to work with! They were very down-to-earth and relatable. They worked diligently to sell our house despite multiple other properties popping up in competition close by. They gave good advice every step of the way, from preparing, staging and maintaining the property throughout the journey. They remained in close contact and were very responsive when needed. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy!

Michael and Pamela were so considerate of everything to do with the sale of my house with my current health situation. They really went above and beyond in their assistance of my wife and I selling two houses, and advice on our purchase which was with a different agent.
