We have sold our home of 18 years and the decision was difficult, but age, health and need for more freedom prompted our decision. Fortunately, we engaged Sonya to represent the property, and the confidence inspired by her and her family and staff relieved all of the misgivings we had over leaving our home. The advertising was professional and effective and the nature of the home did not lend itself to "open house" presentation, but Sonya canvassed her market and invited private inspection by appointment.
