From viewing the property for the first time until settlement day, Sonya and her team were fantastic! I met Lauren when I viewed the property the first time and was welcomed and well informed about the property when I quizzed her with questions. I rang later that day and organised a viewing time and Sonya met me the next day at the property. All went smooth and I put an offer to the owner and within a few hours Sonya had rang me to inform me that my offer had been accepted and I was to proceed with the settlement process.
