I haven't been completely happy with the service by Semple PG thus far. I was shifting around to several people before I was assigned to someone. The communication from the RE agency was majorly lacking. I had to follow up with them on multiple occasion. Despite my efforts to follow up, they still forgot crucial items relating to my property. I don't think they are terrible and I will stick with them for now. I just think they need to lift their efforts and attention to detail.
