After being on the market for 3 months with another leading real estate company who couldnt sell our house, gave us crappy times/days and only opened our home for 20 minutes. We decided to change companies and go through Kirstin at Semple Property. Within 6 weeks we were under offer with numerous people through every home open. Her service was second to none and communication was fantastic. She went above and beyond with every detail. Highly recommend and wouldnt sell with anyone else. Thanks Kirstin!!

Kirstin sold our house in 3 weeks! Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. Kirstin and the lovely staff at Semple were always available to answer a question or have a chat. We sold our house and purchased our new house with Semple.

I was expecting for my place to be hard to sell but Tanya sold it in weeks for the price I wanted. She was knowledgeable and approachable. If I was selling again in the area I would use her again without hesitation. It was a very simple and stress free experience.

This is the 8th property I have purchased but the 1st property on my own. The purchasing process was the smoothest I have ever experienced. Tanya kept me informed and provided very good email instructions to follow. I highly recommend Tanya as an agent.

When I met Tanya, she was thorough, organised, personable and above all, listened to our needs. These qualities made Tanya stand out from other agents we'd interviewed and, gave us comfort that our best interests would be looked after throughout the sales process. Great feedback was provided from the home opens. In the tough market we were anxious to keep our property relevant and sell quick. Tanya provided sound advice and helped guide us away from selling short. When it mattered most Tanya's local knowledge secured a sale price that we were very happy with.
