Trying to navigate this crazy market as a first home buyer going up against investors and 10 other people per house was disheartening to say the least. However Luke changed the game for us. He helped us and guided us through every step of the way so that we were able to achieve our goals and move into a home we love. From the initial (stressful) process of getting my apartment ready for market and seeing it through to the end Luke provides regular communication so you know exactly what is happening. He goes the extra mile to make sure you’re not having to worry about all the little things that take time and can be a burden when you’re working full time. One thing about Luke is that he is realistic with pricing too. He won’t tell you an estimated inflated figure to get your business and under deliver like many real estate agents do!
