In all of my dealings with Brendon, he acted in a very professional manner. He is not your typical hard selling salesperson, but was very helpful and and honest and made us feel very comfortable about proceeding with the purchase. Brendon had a good knowledge of the property and where he did not know something, he found d out and got back to us straight away. Brendon went above and beyond to drive out to Narrogin several times to meet with us for a viewing etc. The property was presented very well each time. The final inspection was very smooth. I would highly recommend Brendon as a very competent agent.

I cannot fault Luke. Luke was so easy to work with and was extremely efficient. From the lead up of considering selling all the way through to finally selling , Luke was so patient, knowledgeable and helpful. The process was extremely smooth, I was kept up to date with where everything was at and Luke eased my workload. Kasey was so committed as we were not only selling the property but also going through a refinance for our finances. She not only took our situation on board but also the tenant currently in the property. First home opening 4 offers presented. There was one so outstanding we could not refuse. It covered allowing the buyer take over the lease for tenants to stay until expiry. Settlement occurred 14 days later & our refinance completed at the same time.
