We chose to use Nikki for the sale of our house due to her professionalism, area knowledge and friendly enthusiastic character. Nikki sold our house fast and for a great price.

The home opens/marketing/sale went exactly as described at the appraisal stage, her attention to detail, follow up and feedback after the home opens was first class. Tanya is very ethical, working extremely hard for us as the sellers without compromising any of the potential buyers in the process. Tanya is well supported by Semple PG, a very professional organisation, well led by their director Kirstin. Thanks Guys!

Nikki was absolutely amazing! We recently purchased our house in Riverton and even though we paid above what we were hoping to pay (great if you’re selling with Nikki😆) she made us feel like it was worth every penny! 🤣 Nikki was very fair and made sure both buyer and seller was comfortable throughout the whole transaction. She is extremely hard working and always goes above and beyond to make things work. Thanks Nikki!

Nikki is a popular real estate agent of our area. We recently bought and sold a house through her. She has a strong knowledge of her domain. She has always been very honest and active throughout the process. She is a kind of agent who takes care of the interest of both buyer & seller and gets the best outcome for both parties.

Nikki is an amazing sale person. Whether you buy or sell property she is first to go. We have dealt with her both for buying and selling. She is unmatched with other ordinary realestate agents.
