Nikki is a breath of fresh air in a stale industry. Where you expect copy and paste answers, she is specific, transparent, and actually takes the time to understand the offer our buyers wanted to make. This settlement had some moving parts as her sellers were also purchasing property, which caused a few delays. Nikki's communication and forward preparation ensured that all parties were well-equipped to deal with any obstacles that inevitably came up with a complex settlement. We used Semple both to manage our rental property and then later to sell it. Kasey was the selling agent and she achieved a price that was 10% over our best expectation. She had an unusual go-to-market strategy which I was a little nervous about, but getting over $50,000 more than expected and a 30-day settlement more than validated her approach! We could not be happier with the result that Kasey achieved, nor the overall performance of the whole team (property management and sales divisions) at Semple. Everyone acts in a professional manner and they have your best interests at heart, which is more than I can say for other agencies I've worked with over the years.
