Big thank you to Luke!!! My partner and I had been looking for our first home for several months. We've seen dozens of real estate agents. Until we met Luke, we just realised how important and helpful an agent could be. When we did the private house inspection, he already prepared all information about the the property for us. Any questions we asked, he gave us very clear answers. If the questions he wasn't sure, he looked for the answers straight away and provided more information which might be related to. After we signed the contract, he guided us what the next steps will be (we are the first home buyer), for example, he gave us a list of house and termite inspection company.
