We found Andrew to be a highly professional and personable agent during our purchase negotiations. Andrew calmly and efficiently negotiated what was a tricky end of financial year sale process with the seller and was very transparent in keeping us informed of competing offers throughout the bid phase. Andrew also liaised very effectively and swiftly with his recommended solicitor, Jerry Hartono from Sunstate Conveyancing. We were very pleased with how smoothly the sale process was conducted and no request was too difficult for Andrew to facilitate a prompt result. We'd be very happy to engage Andrew's services again for future property transactions.

Always available to contact. New what to expect in the market. Worked hard to push for and lock in a deal.

Sam being very knowledgeable about the area was able to show through potential buyers while still off market. The Space team kept us updated during sale progression. We’re very happy with Sam and his team.

Tessa was on hand for many viewings whilst on my house hunting journey. She was always friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Once I purchased, she stepped forward even further and helped me, my legal team and mortgage broker without batting an eye. If you are looking to purchase, sell or rent, Tessa and the team at Space are amazing to work with.

We recently sold our property with this agency and were very pleased with the overall result. The team achieved exactly the price range they initially said was possible, which gave us confidence throughout the process and ultimately delivered a fantastic outcome. Our experience was positive from start to finish, and we appreciated their professionalism and knowledge of the market. The only area we feel could be improved is communication, especially as we lived in another state. There were times when more regular updates would have helped us feel more informed during the campaign, even if there wasn't much to report. Overall, we're very happy with the sale and grateful for the result achieved. We'd happily recommend them to others, and with a little more consistent communication, the experience would have been exceptional.
