I have to say Andrew is one of the best property agents in the area. Not just me, my parents are impressed as he is always punctual and reliable. And most importantly, he found us a good price in a very short time.

I asked Tessa to handle the sale of my townhouse in Indooroopilly. She was a consummate professional who worked around the clock to cater to and communicate with potential buyers. Nothing was too much effort! She clearly communicated with me along the way - telling me exactly what to expect at each stage of the selling process. This was particularly helpful as someone who's never sold property before! Tessa and the team at Space worked incredibly hard to not only reach but exceed my expectations for my property. I gave a rough ballpark figure of what I was hoping for and without over-promising or being arrogant or brash, she told me she'd do her best. Her best is an understatement. After less than a week on the market, my townhouse was sold for a price beyond my expectations. The sale was handled smoothly and not once was I left in any doubt or hesitation along the way! Words fail to capture how pleased I am with her services. Highly, highly recommended. Thank you so much, Tessa!

Andrew Tran was recommended by our building manager. He made the sale of our apartment stress free and got us a fantastic price! We live interstate so we relied heavily on Andrew to deal with everything. The sale was off-market which saved us quite a bit of money. He was easy to communicate with, responding quickly to emails & questions and recommended a great conveyancer. We would not hesitate to recommend Andrew to anyone who is contemplating selling their property.

Tessa has been an amazing agent in our search for a down sizer. She knew exactly what we are looking for, after just showing one property to us, thus saving us time and effort trudging from one open home to another. She is smart and intuitive, offering out of the box solution to what we are looking for. She is amazing and we will be happy to recommend her to our friends.
