Sam and his team did a great job at every stage of the process. He was aware for some time that I wanted to sell my apartment and checked in periodically without being pushy until I was ready. He has a great knowledge of the Spring Hill area and provided me with a valuation that was realistic rather than aspirational (sold the first weekend within the quoted range) but also aligned with my own research. He organised cleaning, styling and provided advice that maximised the appeal of the property without any running around on my part or unnecessary expense. Everything was taken care of by email and text promptly and efficiently. Great communication, including feedback on the open home, promptly presenting offers to me as they came in, and giving sensible advice as to how best to proceed for a first time seller. Overall, it was a great experience selling with Sam and I would strongly recommend him to others who would like to benefit from his extensive local knowledge and professionalism.
