When you informed me about your policies, costs, etc. back then, I was impressed. Also, I had kept up with you and SPACE via your regular up-dating emails, re: sales in the Spring Hill area. Real Estate started going up, I wanted to move into a retirement village unit, and I KNEW already that your record was excellent in this area. Andrew was assigned to me, of course, with your supervision. Everything went well as I assumed it would and as I expected. Your negotiations achieved a very decent price for my unit, which was in a location in a unit complex- that had many advantages. You guys were always respectful, kept me up-to-date, offered to assist, and you guys did an Excellent job.
